Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We currently ship to many international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Packages During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at rami@huneidi.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
